COACHING

 

As your coach, I effectively create a space for changing the way you think, for generating new ideas and solutions focused on positive changes in the future. I draw your attention to your strengths and to what is most important for you. I will show you a different perspective and you will discover new dimensions of your thinking!

 

Coaching is not a therapy, it does not analyze the causes of the problem, it does not look to the past. Coaching is a method for finding your own solutions for positive changes in the future.

Transformational Coaching = solving major changes in life

Since the process of creating new habits in thinking and implementation of changes in life is a demanding process, it requires some time.

 

The process is divided into:

* 12 coaching sessions
* Optimal once a week for 1 1/2 hour
* Client will also need a time between sessions to perform tasks which are essential for moving forward to set goal

Transactional coaching =  solution of one specific topic

If a client needs to solve only a particular issue or dilemma, the number of sessions  varies according to necessity and agreement with a client.
